Looking at a used A4 Avant and need a little help interpreting service records

I found an 08 A4 Avant that I am interested in. It's nice car, but has a ton of miles on it. The owner put over 70k on it in two years. I located the dealership and got a copy of the service records, but there are no details.

From what I can see, the car has had all of the required service. I don't know if the operation codes mean what was done to the car or what the owner reported. I am hoping someone can help me interpret some of the operation codes.

I don't really want to pester the dealership for details, unless I have to. Thanks in advance.

Call the dealership and ask them, if they want to sell the car they will give you all the details you need.

The dealer that serviced the vehicle does not have the car for sale. I know I can call them, I'm just trying to avoid pestering them for info. The person I spoke with was kind enough to give me a summary of the service records. If these codes are public knowledge, I won't hesitate to pester the dealership.
