Alternative to the BFI 5mm Wheel Spacers for B8 Audi Chassis that don't vibrate?

Installed the BFI 5mm Spacers on the front on my OE Prestige Wheels and the vibration is horrible...

Are there any other 5mm or less than 10mm spacers for the B8 chassis that don't vibrate? I know BFI is working on solving this problem with new 5mm spacers, but who knows when they will be available.

I checked ECS for 5mm H&R spacers, they have them but only to be used in the rear.
