I have a 2000 a4 quattro. It's got an atw 1.8t and I've heard that a throtle body from the v6 is plug and play and will help my motor breathe better. Anyone know if this is true and if so, what engine code do I need to take it off of

As you are small port DBW you may be able to get away with one of the (I think there were 2?) B5 S4 TBs. Bigger & better anyway.

The thread posted above is DBC/OBDI VR6 talk.

On the B5 S4 there is 1 throttle body. I would be interested in checking that out.

Sorry, I meant to say there are two separate PNs and slight differences over B5 S4 lifecycle. A4 TCHUSSS (David), Clint@RAI as well as the S4 guys should be able to clarify.
