codes help

got a check egine light that didnt go away after 1-2 days so i got it scanned and the codes that came up are:
DTC:
P0134 O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Bank1 Sensor1
Manufacturer specific DTC Codes:
P1196 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Bank1 Sensor1 Electrical Malfunction
P1392 Camshaft Position Sensor Bank2 Open Circuit short to B+
in the past i also had this code twice but the check engine light went away back then: P1196 MANUFACTURER CONTROL FUEL AIR METERING

any ideas? i was thinking that it all might be a bad fuel filter, what do you guys think?
