A few codes

The car is running great, however I am currently throwing a couple codes.

These two codes listed below have been thrown since I swapped ECUs from a stock J box to a GIAC L box. I am pretty sure that this can be corrected with some soft coding, but I haven't been able to find any reference. Does anyone know if/how this can be corrected with VAG-Com? No issues with braking.

17837 - Circuit for Brake Vacuum Pump: Open Circuit
P1429 - 35-00 - -

18320 - Pressure Sensor for Brake Boost (G294): Short to Plus
P1912 - 35-00 - -


I am slightly concerned with this code. I have searched and I have not found anything conclusive. Some say that it is due to intake leak or MAF reading, others say that it is a bad primary O2 causing the secondary O2 to be used for lambda correction, and others say that it is only bad secondary O2 readings.
