    So I just purchased the ECS Boost Gauge Set up http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/B6_Boost_Gauge/ES7838/ Was looking for tips on the install since it dosen't come with any? Been looking on a ton of forums there are directions but was wondering directions for this specific one.

    I just ordered something from ECS. Got a brake light switch.

    But if I were to order a boost gauge it would not have been from them.

    The way I see it, you have two options. You can either;
    A) Return it and order from Podi.ca
    Or
    B) Send it in to Podi.ca for $20 off your purchase over $30.

    Then sit back and enjoy perfect fitment, OEM quality plus some, and the beautiful display of any gauge you desire.

    I personally prefer the vent mount over the steering mount pod, so to each his own. If the gauge didn't come with it, you will need a small resistor in line with the dash light wire if you want it to match the dash lights intensity better, otherwise it is way too bright. 670ohm, 5% tolerance, 1/2 watt resistor. cost 99 cents for a 5 pack at Radio Shack.

    I have installed the CIM kit which is basically the same and uses the same Omori electronic gauge.

    I feel that the Vacuum Hose they Include is so thin and Small, Compared to the other Kits out there it just looks alot different.
