APR software question

i got flashed to stage 1 and they deleted my stock file.. does this mean that i am stuck with APR? i am planning to do a motor/turbo build and was thinking of going with something a little less mild like eurodyne..

I returned my apr stage 1 and they pit the car back to stock and refunded my money. Just went Eurodyne stage 2 and they give a $250 credit towards future software upgrades, including maestro.
