Euro-parts.us order...

On Monday October, 11 2009 ordered a harness from the above mentioned website, euro-parts.us. I tried sending asking why i never received any notice of the item being shipped other than an "order processed' email. anyone know what could be going on here? anyone have experience in dealing with them?

just ordered this past monday and people on this forum have done business with them before. how am i screwed? they only changed their website layout.

We actually had a serious server crash and just got done reconstructing our
database. So unfortunately the adapter has not shipped and is in process
however. If you still want it, what we can do is send you an invoice for the
antenna adapter and send them together. WE will of course refund the
shipping charges due to the delay and inconvenience,

Let us know if this acceptable and we will send the invoice right away.

e they were good about it. lll post after i complete the install in regards to the harnesses working correctly.
