Need help! allroad startup sound (2.7T). Bad Secondary Air Pump?

I was replacing my air filter and noticed this crack/gouge:



So I thought I'd record what it sounded like starting up (I also hear a high pitch metallic noise that goes away after a few seconds, I was thinking the secondary air pump). Name these sounds :)

I hear a dog in the background after you revved up...:)
I get the mettalic sound too which goes away after 2-3 min
Other than that cant really tell anything else other than a bunch of noise:)
