Depends on the tires you'll be using.

It's cold now, you'll have less grip and tire pressures will not vary as much. In the summer it can be +10 to +15psi after a few laps.

With the tires up to temperature, I keep them below 39psi. Maybe less now that it's 20'C cooler and the track's not retaining heat the same way.

Be sure to pit back in after a few laps to see where you're at with tire pressure.

    Which track?

I usually start the run cold at about 36 psi, and I find that it gains about 8 psi or so during a typical 25 minute run. What tires are you running? Be sure to change out your brake fluid to Motul RBF 600 or ATE Super Blue, and bring a set of replacement pads just in case. If this is your first event - my advice is be prepared to listen to your instructor, be open to try new techniques that he/she may suggest, and have fun - I'm sure it'll be a blast!

Here's what the Dunlops look like at 34 PSI. I would run them at 38-40. What are you doing for pads?

FWIW - Stock pads were ashes after 1 day at the Glen. I ran some Carbotech XP10's, XP8's at NJMP but wasn't crazy about them. They held up better but were difficult to modulate.
