    Hardware, where to find cheaper

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a place, other than the dealer, where these bolts might be found.

Bumper mounting bolts (the 2 long torx)

Lock carrier mounting bolts, front (the 7 torx with wide heads)

Lock carrier mounting bolts, sides (the 6 black smaller torx)

Needs to be replaced from overuse... I find the dealer to pricy, about $50 for all screws... any ideas?

your local hardware store might carry them but also give www.ecstuning.com a try.

Those are all dealer items, you won't find those exact bolts in a hardware store.

try Audis4less he can probably get you some good used bolts.

ECS just resells dealer parts, so the dealer is likely the same cost.

I just bite the bullet and opt for dealer bolts, no hassle. I must have spent over 400 on bolts in the last two months. EVERY single bolt on my engine block has been replaced, I had no choice since my old bolts got stolen. There is nothing original on my block except the block itself, breather apadter and the pulleys. Even the dowel pins have been changed. Its a nightmare.

go to a junkyard and pull what you need of a car, the junkyards i go to dont charge for bolts just because it would be more of a hassle for them to find a price for them
