Issue with voice recognition: Store name

Having some issues with this and wanted to get advice/pointers.. My voice recognition works almost flawlessly.. Except when I want to store a nametag for an individual.. I have gotten it to work a few times but can no longer seem to do it.

Seems it never recognizes when I ask it to store a name.. Even when I go through the help and go to "store name" it doesn't recognize.. I've tried the individual training and even recording the navigation saying "store name" and played it back.. But this demon doesn't seem to recognize the word store.

Sounds like you have a 3G system right? So you're a 2010 or newer? I believe you need to be in the actual entry under the directory/name button, then say "Store name." I'll try and remember to check back or PM me and I'll go monkey with a car at work.

yep.. 3g mmi nav+ ... i go into the entry.. edit.. click the voice button on the steering wheel.. and then it just cancels..

doesn't seem to recognize.. i've tried resetting the unit.. can't get it to work anymore. I've stored 5 entries before it gave up.
