Yeah theres a few that haven't checked in yet. Still seems like we could get a nice little meet in the middle going. Maybe in the San Luis area.

Updated my prev post. Seems pretty even..

If we wanted to we could do an over night thing and I can get us really good deals on rooms at the hotel I work at. We could also get VIP parking right in front so we could all park together. Depends what people want to do.

I guess it would be fair to say that SLO is pretty fair (lucky ass) lol. But yeah what is the address of the hotel? Depending on the prices, because I'm broke, and will be spending a hundred bucks on gas there and back, I have a couple of friends I could probably crash at but I would still love to get the VIP parking just to get to park next to everyone. :)

The hotel I work at is in Santa Maria (Historic Santa Maria Inn) it's about 30 mins south of SLO. It's a full service hotel so it has all the basics like pool/jacuzzi, workout room, sauna, etc. and also has it's own restaurant, old english pub, and wine cellar bar. We get a lot of car clubs throughout the year because of the location. Most recently we had a corvette chapter and also a Jag club that rolled DEEP! I'm pretty sure I can get rooms for us around the $80.00 range maybe lower if I can pursued some people.

If we wanted something a little north I could contact one of our sister properties in Pismo Beach and try to set something up there.

I was thinking SLO would be the best place, but if you work at a Hotel in Santa Maria, than that would be a great spot to do a little overnight meet. Basic schedule could be roll up on Saturday, Late afternoon GTG (no need to make it too long since there won't be tons of cars) have dinner together, party/go out/some night activity and then on Sunday go out for a nice drive then head home. I think that could definitely be a fun time.

For sure that sounds like a good idea. I know you have more experience planning things like this haha

I'm going to a 5 series Norcal/Socal Meet in SLO in 2 weeks and I'll see how that goes and check out the park they're BBQing it at. If anything we could meet up at the hotel I work at maybe do a little Coastal drive up to SLO and BBQ then photoshoot. Drive back down to the hotel for the night (there's an old english pub at the hotel) and maybe do breakfast in the morning before everyone heads out...???

I talked to my manager about rates and I don't have anything set in stone so don't quote me but it looks like I can get us rooms for $70 bux and these normally run $160.00ish in the summer time so we'll see.

Sorry guys I'm opening my own business on Wednesday so I've been super busy. Having it in the middle of January is a good idea since the students will be off and able to go.

Looks like the dates in Jan would be the 8th, 15th, 22nd, and the 29th but that might be a little to late for students.

I'm actually going to be visiting a friend in Canada from the 6th-17th. I go back to school on the 24th. Maybe we can plan a weekend trip during the semester or if worse comes to worse.. wait for the summer.
