Frankenturbos in my allroad need help analyzing the logs

here are the basics, i just finished installing the turbos yesterday

2001 allroad 2.7t Six speed 143k miles
3" downpipes
frankenturbos F4H-BT
ebay inlets
Unitronics stage 1 software
Vast Stage clutch kevlar rs4 pp
034 Motormounts

If you wanna meet up sometime I can log your car with ECU-x and get a better idea of whats going on. Your spreadsheet hurts my head to look at =)

You really need to A) log with ECUx to get more parameters measured and get a better overall picture and B) work on fueling upgrade

just for clarification the UNI stage 1 file is just temporary, but car does feel good now, I want to make sure I do not run too lean, I also should have logged prior to the turbo swap.

stage 1 software on k04 hybrids?

From the look of his logs, he's basically getting Stage 2+ performance from this setup. So long as his air mass stays at this level, should he really need to change out the injectors and do a reflash? I am basing this question on the logs I found in this Stage 2+ logs thread.
