    LPFP????pressure bars?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
How many bars should the lpfp have when the engine is off?
    mvb 103

    2.0t fwd

Can any one confirm this test?

    Try this:
    1. Connect the vag-com
    2. Turn the key to the ON position (don't start the car)
    3. Select "OBD II", then "Mode 1: Read Data"
    4. Select module "35 - Fuel Rail Pressure"
    5. It should be relatively steady at 600 kPa

If it is not, then then there is a good chance the LPFP is not working correctly.

    lpfp part number?

Now i'm no expert but isn't the fuel rail the high pressure side of the fueling???? But in any case here is a link that might help you out..

No you do NOT have to drop the tank.. All you need to do is take out the back seat and the pump is under the passenger side black access cover!!

    I know from personal experience!
