Two annoying noises (steeringwheel + vent)

I have two rather annoying noises that i dont know what it is...

The first one i had for a while... its some vibrating rubber against rubber grinding noise from the steeringwheel..
If i pull or press the steeringwheel it stops for the moment... if i pull in the centerplate (horn) it stops untill i relase...

The other is from the vent(s) i can hear it most from driverside vent
When i run the AC or the just the went there is an low squeaking noise... not loud.. sounds like an distant bad roof-mounted ventilationfan on low speed :-P
Its not from the fan by the cooler.. so it must be some fan in the went system... im really not that good at the ventilationsystem

Anyone knows any easyfix for theese smal but annoying noises?

I had the same exact problem with my steering wheel. I just took off the horn plate, put it back on, and it went away completely

On mine (USP, non-multifunction) there are two holes on the back giving access to torx bolts, I forgot what size. Just remove the two bolts and pull it off

ok that sounds fairly easy... will look at that... the sound from steeringwheel often apere on idle and the engine vibrations...
Must be some spacer or something like that thats rubbing against rubber or plastics...
it there any wiring connected, or do you just get the hornplate out when you remove those bolts? any other lose parts that may fall of when removed?

    How about the vents anyone?
