    (07 RS4) bose subwoofer question

    is it possible to add a higher output sub with the factory mountings? i just want a little more "boom" in my music.

    i wouldn't just add a sub to the stock bose amp. i am pretty sure the impedance would be all jacked up and it would probably sound weaker...

    yea i dont feel like adding a amp as well..want something simple and easy...

    just add a sub with a built-in amp like the Infinity Basslink. It is so easy in the RS4 because of the battery being in the trunk.

    where in the trunk do you tap into the remote turn on for the amp? Any ideas?

    Not sure. Might have to go to the head unit (?). You don't need a remote turn on if you go with the Infinity Basslink.
