DSLR Shoot Round 2

Hello, I had some free time to try and take some better pictures. I think these came out better then my last go around but I'm still not super excited about them. First photo is my favorite by far. I know the lighting wasn't key, but it is difficult because the only time I have free time to take pics is in the middle of the day when the light is super bright. Enjoy!

are you using a tripod?

you probably know this but try shooting at dusk or dawn an using a tripod with a slower shutter speed and play with your White balance

LOL I don't think that's the dog food plant... It really didn't smell at all and that sucker smells somethin' fierce from the freeway let alone standing right next to it.

Not bad, the lighting isn't too harsh, what type of camera are you shooting with? Photographing cars is difficult due to the reflections, In that case unless you know how to play with custom white balances just set it to cloudy and giver, if your shooting with a D80 Nikon, then thats another story.

Thanks for the comments guys, I know Nick! I was super stoked about that one. I'm shooting with a Canon Rebel XSI. I'm still getting used to the damn thing, so much stuff to consider when taking pictures compaired to my point n' shoot haha.
