Bad Day!! Can anyone tell if this is a turbo problem?

I started my car today and a big vibration came off the engine. So i turned it off. I first tought the engine was running on 3 pistons. I restarted it few minutes later and it still was vibrating, but less. and the check engine light was flashing on. The vibration was gone after few seconds and the check engine light on . I took it for a test drive and i feel the car lazyer and the engine sound was'nt agressive like it normally is. So the idea came up that i'd blow off the turbo. Can anyone tell if it's the case. Is there anyway to be sure of it?
