This is not a stock rear sway bar, is it?

So I've been wondering about this since i installed my steel sway bar endlinks. This is not a stock sway bar from the looks. it's 19mm in diameter and has 2 holes for adjustments. Also the bushings do not look stock although mine are on their way out. So anyone have a clue? I havent cleaned it up to look for a sticker or paint but perhaps someone could enlighten me.

I'd guess Neuspeed since H-Sport is 22.5 in the back...

Not too many other options out there, although some have gone with H&R as well.
