Agreed. Worth the money. It looks harder than it is, but it will take some time...

ECS should have parts in stock and the install took about 2 hours total.

You can get all the part #s from thelink posted above. Go to ecstuning.com, they should have all the parts in stock... as far as coding goes you will need a vag-com cable to enable the folding mirror feature in your car. audienthuziasts.com (same link as posted above) has all the instructions posted starting from removing the old mirrors to enabling this feature via vag-com.

I bought mine from Stoke Audi in the UK. Very easy, Very fast, Great prices. First, email them with your part numbers and they will send you a quote. Second, use your credit card to buy a gift certificate from them for that amount. Third, Wait a 7-10 days and it will show up. No worries about shipping overseas or anything. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

As for the rest of your questions, you really need to check the other thread (see above). It will answer all of your questions.

Around $625, including the parts I bought from genuineaudi. I bought as much from them as possible and the last 3 parts from the UK.

Had these on my BMW. Great for parking lots, and adds quite a bit more usable space to the garage!

I was just wondering about this but for my 2013. This would be a cool mod to add and would come in handy considering I must get out and fold my mirrors manually before parking in my garage.
