    can the fogs without headlights mod be done with this?

    http://ecstuning.com/Search/Obd_Scanner/ES9950/ my fellow az'er said he has this scanner but to my knowledge this can only be done with a Vag-com and a slight mod to some wires. I have a 04 dutro 1.8t.

    That scan tool will do the same tasks as VCDS/VAG-COM.
