Cam Chain Tensioner

i cant seem to find the part number for the tensioner, seems like mines gone bad. Ive been hearing unusual "ticking" during idle and i want to replace it. Any ideas on where to buy it and the part number? Also if i should change the gasket as well?

Should be 06F109217A, and yes, you need to change the gasket as well (a, its much easier when the tensioner is off, and b, the gasket is cheap, and its worth replacing now to eliminate the headache in the future). Give us a call Monday and we can get you a quote.

matt thanks a lot for the response! I wasn't really sure what the actual part was but with the part number I'll just order the tensioner and gasket from you guys on Monday.

I ordered the cam chain and the tensioner last week, should be here tommorow.
I'll tell you if it helped with the idle ticking and overall noise.
