    Which Wheels Would You Choose?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I would like to put wheels on my car in the near future, but I can't decide on what wheels I would like. Here are a few that I was thinking about. The first pic is of my car. The second 3 pics are Tenzo wheels. I believe I was reading in somewhere in AZ that he had to do something special for these to fit. They are my favorite out of the 3, but I'm not sure they will work on a B6 S4 without to much hassle. Does anybody know what would have to be done? If you like the Tenzo wheels, what color would you go with? They are the Type M version 1 or 2. http://www.tenzoracingsports.com/main.php?page=wheels
The third picture is of the VMR v710's, I don't know if I would go gunmetal or brushed with these if I went that route. Third, is the RPM 505's. The fourth is a pic of a sick ass vette, love the wheels, but I'm not sure they would look good on a S4. Please vote on which one is your favorite.

    Tenzo Wheels-Type M version 1 or 2 (Not sure)

Sick Vette, Not sure what kind of wheels

I was under the impression that the wheels on the vette were DPE SP-C16.. or are they the same thing? My friend has wheels that look exactly like that on his S5.. I duno I'm probably wrong though

    I think you're right ^
I couldn't find the article. I was also looking and the 360 Forged Mesh eight wheels look different than what are on the vette. The 360's have a lip, these do not.

Honestly, the stock Avus 18" wheels are better looking than any of those. Lowered, spacers, done. My opinion, anyway.

I talked to DPE and the wheels on the vetter are not DPE's. Anybody know what kind they are? I saw it in a thread earlier on AZ, but I can't find it anymore. Anybody know which one?

    F) None of the above.

OR the Vet wheels, but they wont have anything close to that concave when fitted for an S4.

Look up the thread where you found the pics of the Tenzo's, he talks about how he fit them. Also, you wont be able to fit the same offset as what he was running. He did a custom widebody in the rear, FYI. I have always liked the look of his car, but those wheels aren't the best quality... or so I've heard.

Shoot I didn't know he did a custom widebody. The thread I read of his it didn't mention anything about it. Do you have the link?

yeah about 2" its very subtle tho u can only tell one there is another one parked next to it, i kept the stock curvature to it and the stock bodyline , keep in mind those are 19x10 et 20 and there cover by the fender, i can fit 2 people in the back with no rubbing wat so ever
    Wheels:
    as for the wheels
after putting them on my boys turbo 350z (19x10 all around) i decided i had to have them!! thanks to the wonderful invention called wobble bolts and custom machined hub rings i order tenzo type m 19x8.5 et17 and 19x10 et22, im happier then a pig in mud!!!!!

After you said something about the widebody, I can tell now. I guess I wasn't paying attention. Wonder if I can get different offsets so they will work on my car?? What do wobble bolts do?

    Tenzo type M v2 in 5x112. http://www.elementwheels.com/proddet...Dtypemv21985bm

No way you're going to get that level of concave out of et45 though.

    The Tenzo's aren't concave, so I'm a little confused.

The 19x10 sure looks plenty concave; and the 19x8.5 et17 has a nice concave around the hub. 19x8.5 et45 is going to be a lot flatter around the hub area.

I would go with the VMRs. I really like the Tenzo's, but I would really hate cleaning them where as with the VMRs I would only be slightly annoyed.

If money's no issue... Forgiato Wheels, top 3 are MonoLegerra line... http://www.forgiato.com/

These wheels are available in ANY size & color-combo, you pick the colors of the face/barrel/flange/etc...

They're priced accordingly though, about $1200 each wheel...
