Decision to Make - Wheels and Tires

What's up guys. I have a decision here. Basically the story goes like this. I bought my car, and thought the wheels on the car were OEM rs4 style wheels. I later found out they are reps. I don't even know what brand they are. They say made in Italy and Not OEM on the inside of the wheel. They are 19s. I also have some pretty good tires though, goodyear eagle f1 a/s that I spent a pretty penny on. Well, one of my wheels is bent again (already had one repaired) and I had a bead leak. Got it temporary fixed at a tire shop. My question is this. Do I:

Get new nicer and stronger 19s
    Have my rep wheel repaired
Switch to an 18 in wheel and tire combo with more sidewall

I drive in the SODO (industrial district) in seattle lots for work and the roads are pretty bad.
What do you suggest? Whatever I do I would like to spend less than 1000 probably.

Thanks and sorry for the long post!

I had 18s and hated them because they looked to small. If you only have $1000 I would either buy a used set here or just get your current wheels fixed.

I agree. I think I am leaning towards keeping the 19s. How much stronger would a wheel from a reputable manufacturer be? Again, this is the second time these wheels have bent. Are bent wheels just the burden of rocking 19s on shit roads? I would consider spending more money if the wheels would last longer. I am just kinda thinking these rep wheels are not of the highest quality
