Add HD Radio to B8?

Hello all,

With the addition of HD Radio in the 2011 models, would a radio swap add this to other B8's? is there a separate add-on module, change some vag-codes? What do you guys think? I think I would rather do a radio swap then re-signup for Sirius.

I would love to know if this is possible also. Hopefully this would be a rather inexpensive swap, but I doubt it.

Considering the HD radio is only available as part of the 2011 Nav package, I'm guessing that you would need to already have nav (MOST bus) and that you'd have to replace the entire head unit. Probably pretty pricey. Pure speculation tho.
