Where do I find these LED fogs?

My car has the DTM package, thus no fogs. I want the LED joints like the below but where do I find them. Checked a bunch of sites but couldn't find em'

Those are S6 DRLs. Expensive. And they're not fogs.

ECS has them, also requires some custom modification to make them fit (i.e. cutting the bumper and such)
