HI I have been having a problem since I got my ecu chipped with the giac program and installed a boost gauge I will hit full boost then instead of it holding it will start dropping. I have checked most vac lines my vac at idle is 19 and I just replaced the N75 valve and it seemed to hold pressure better and more constant but still wont hold it at full boost @ WOT. If anyone has idea's please let me know. I want to start by saying I ve been working on car and used many forums so I know what the rules and how it works and I do use the search button a lot if I need to figure something out but for something it's easier putting a post up.

    Thanks

inspect those check valves though...they are most likely your problem. chipped k03 should spike 18 start to die off around 4800-5200 rpm and you should hold about 10-14psi til almost red line...what boost levels are you seeing?

it will spike up to 18/20 psi some times then drop towards 15 almost right away then continues to drop towards 10psi I can load a video to show you today! I also notice it when the car is been really warm for a while.

your boost looks okay... if you are running stock inlet pipes and intercooler piping that looks right...the k03 is such a small turbo it cant hold boost that long...on my k03 before it blew it was holding 11psi until 5500rpm then i would shift.

ok I have had a turbo car in the past and it just didn't seem right! I rather check. It sometimes stutters at full boost could the waste gate be going or fuel pump? I replaced all coils and plugs so its not a miss fire.

stutter? is it a slight bump in the rpm or does the car bog down? gotta be specific to find the problem...it could be about 10 different things

car doesn't bog down it's like a very quick miss fire without causing a check engine light. It only happen sometimes. The boost gauge just bumps down and you feel a little bump. Kinda hard to explain
