Yep Adams, honesty I'd rather have control over what power I already have then add a bunch more and not be able to control it. My eyes it's brakes/suspension before big power. Going to be auto xing very soon and want to get a good set up!

Lol the stock brakes on the b7 are perfectly fine unless you plan on tracking the car, you just added like 5 hp and upgraded the brakes. I'm pretty sure the stock brakes can handle the power of a test pipe...
Nice purchase otherwise, just not justifiable in my eyes

Yup, now just gotta shell out the cash in the classifieds for some coils then off to apr. Damn this money pit haha

Edit: my brakes were needing replaced anyways, rotors and all. If I'm going to fix it might as well upgrade.

test pipe with stock exhaust sounds OK, deff a small difference in sound and a noticeable diff in performance. The test pipe sounds the best right on startup when the rpms are up a little higher on cold starts. It sounds damn good then and when ur

Since when are upgraded brakes ever unjustifiable? They look good, and more importantly increase the safety of the vehicle. Sure, the stock brakes work fine, nothing wrong with making them better.

The funny part is I have almost exactly the same parts (my rotors are solid though) sitting in boxes as well as a backup camera that also needs to go in.

OP: I totally agree with you on moding brakes suspension first. I think after tint, the 1st mods i got were new pads and a r24 rear sway. I have only tracked my car not auto-x. i would like to attempt that though. no point going fast if you cant stop. good luck modding
