    Rebuilding my K03

So I decided to rebuild my failing K03 yesterday. To be honest things didn't go to bad, except for the bolt that snapped off on the hot side of the turbo. Well the oil return line was kind of a PITA to but not to bad all in all. While rebuilding the turbo I also fixed my noisy waste gate by putting a small lock ring between the rivet and the arm, no more slop. Time will tell how long that lasts though... The rebuild itself didn't go to bad either very straight forward and it all went back together nicely. Now I am spending my day removing the bolt that I snapped off yesterday. Might have to go by a butane torch or something to heat the housing up and hopefully loosen the bolt. If I had the money I would just get a new turbo but alas I dont.

I've got a couple extra hot side housings laying around if some reason you need one, just let me know and you can have one.
    Hooray for boobies!

Where did you get the rebuild kit from?

Hey thanks for the offer DGAFXXX, I found a decent one locally though.
Update... Finally got the turbo back together, what a pain in the rear this whole thing has been. On a happy note the newish hot side had a wastegate with zero play in it and still had the tab that keeps the round part from turning. Much better then the previous one anyways.
