Flashing CEL - P0340

I have an 02 A4 3.0 manual and I am getting a flashing CEL through the low RPM's and usually goes to solid around 3k. It stutters at idle and is very sluggish through the low RPM's. Performance is awful!! I had a P0340 code which is the cam sensor but my mechanic replaced it and it didn't fix the problem. I also have a few random misfire codes. What else could be causing this? Could it be bad coilpacks? I have around 120k miles on the car and I know they haven't been changed since I purchased the car with 48k miles.

Swap out 1 and 2 with 5 and 6.See whats up. Yeah i bet CP's are going. Also see if you have the old version. If so call a Dealership and replace for free.
