4.2 Allroad Brakes DIY and Suspension question

Searched for a brake DIY and didn't find one. Can someone point me in the right direction? Looking specifically for minimum rotor width. Also could use a recommendation for a good cheap source for rotors and pads.

Also, I've seen a few posts on air ride suspensions failing and well, I think this car has a problem as well. The front left strut occasionally sags when left overnight. Starting the car brings it back to normal ride height but I also noticed when driving the nose of the car sometimes bobs up and down. Not knowing much about air ride suspensions, is there a single component that typically fails? Seems its leaking. Where can I find a good cheap replacement and is there a DIY for it?

    The manufacture date is 11/04.

    Thx!

Here is the quick tell on the bags. Put soapy water on them and see if it bubble (like tyres) and if there is then the bag is bad.

There is not really a cheap replacement cause the whole system is expensive but +1 for Arnott. They make some good stuff.

There are a lot more AR guys on quattro world and there might me some more diy's/specs in their forums.

The allroad FAQ should answer a lot of questions.

HERE is a writeup on air spring replacements and I'll have a writeup on brakes by early next week.

As for pads and rotors, are you looking for OEMish performance or maybe something more aggressive. Either way, take a look HERE and let me know if I can help in any way. If you do order, please use the coupon code in my sig.
