    Where can I buy methanol in Va?

    Hey guys/gals, i'm in the chesterfield,va area and cant seem to find methanol around. Been trying google with no real good results. Can anbody suggest a place where I could grab a few gals?

    Look for Sunocos. There's one off 81 and 70 in MD if your near that.

    Well I use that already. I kinda lookin for pure methanol. Buying bottles of heet adds up after a while.

    I found a place in Rinchmond called AED Performance. I was able to get a 5 gal container of VP1 :). It was like $34 with tax.

    Any hardware store sells it in the paint section. It's marked as Methyl Hydrate, same stuff.

    In Canada only. It's not sold like that atleast in NJ. I did buy 3 gals when I was in Toronto 2 weeks ago but it was like $10 a gal.

    what abouth using ethanol or industrial alcohol that can be found in hardware stores in the US?
