Did some searching but couldnt find a DIY on how to raise the height.

Do i need to heat up the hanger and bend it or is there a difference process?

A local muffler shop should be able to heat the the hangers. That should be no more than a $100 bucks.

Before you mess with the hangers try loosening the first joint back from the muffler and rotate the pipe. This may give you the lift you need. Depending upon the direction of rotation the tip will either go up or down. If you can't get enough adjustment this way you can bend the rear hangers a little. I bent mine easily without having to heat them.

HD zip ties did the trick for me & hidden enough where it's not noticeable.
