Exclamation What is the stock conical/"tuner" lug bolt length?

If you haven't followed my previous thread what happened was basically that all my wheels were destroyed because some assholes put bricks on the middle of the road...

Anyways, I just purchased new wheels that use tuner lug bolts. What length should I go with on these? I'm not using any spacers or anything. Is it 22mm or another length? As always, thanks very much for the help.

28mm. Check out Purems as they sell RAD bolts and locks.
