Anyone running MK2 TT wheels?

I found a deal on some lightly used 18" MK2 TT wheels.

I've searched around and can't seem to find any information or pictures of anyone running MK2 TT wheels on either a B6 or B7. I know the bolt pattern is 5x112, the seller claims the offset is 40, the wheels are these:


Anyone know if there'd be fitment issues? The tires are 245/40's so unless I replace the tires the speedo will be about 1.5% off, but I'm sure I could live with that until I got around to changing the tires.

you should be good with 245s especially because the offset is 40 unless your dumped then you might have an issue. Our stock offsets are 45

IIRC the offset is 50 or 52 mm, and just as important the width is 9". Use one of those online offset calculators to see where they clear vs your current setup.
