Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? .... My Samsung Reality has worked flawlessly in the car for many months now. All of a sudden, it now disconnects every minute or so (for about 30 seconds), then reconnects. This cycle continues endlessly.
The phone is also paired to wifes car, and there does not seem to be any problem there. I have restored the factory bluetooth settings in the car, and re-paired phone. Also removed and reinstalled phone battery. No luck w/ either.
    Thanks for any suggestions...

If your wife's phone works ok I would guess it's a problem with the bluetooth functionality on your phone...

Try with another car's bluetooth if you have access to it.

Read what he wrote again... He paired HIS PHONE with HIS WIFE'S CAR and it worked fine. He never said anything about pairing his wife's phone.

Update...dealer told me its the phone 99% of the time. Anyway, my wifes phone worked in the audi, so I'm going to pursue this as my phone's problem. Replacement is in the mail...will update again if this doesn't resolve problem.
    Thanks for the responses.

ALWAYS check multiple phones. If the same problem occurs on all phones then it is the car. Could be a software update in your phone screwed up it's compatibility. I've seen that happen before.

I have a verizon Venus that occasionally disconnects. If I turn it off, and then back on it is better and does not disconnect as often. I know it's not a permanent fix but it makes it less irritating.
