Without stereotyping TOO much, the last group of car enthusiasts I'd expect to know ANYthing about an Audi (or any car that isn't from DEEE-troyt) would be muscle car drivers.

Yeah! I think it was in another, thread if you multiply it by the WHP by 1.2 that will give you the HP at the crank. So 93 octane APR upgrade is 362 at the wheels and 434HP at the crank.

I think your original post was with good intention. What you later said was a bit misinformed, I would think that most enthusiasts would consider WHP to be a little more relevant than crank.

lol, $1500 to install headers? Get some Pacesetters for $550, install them yourself, then if you're feeling frisky get a Texas Speed heads/cam package for $2000. Don't be a pussy, work on your own car. Pushrod V8's are simple, two monkeys can install headers if you give them a day's time.. that's one of the advantages. Arguing the cost:straight line speed metric with an American pushrod V8 is retarded, you're always going to come out paying more to match the brute force approach.

Fair enough, the S4 is a sleeper no doubt... that's always been the reason I liked them. Discreet speed.

I'd hazzard to guess that the apr tune is putting out 330 awhp on 91 octane on a set of dynojet rollers. 35awhp more than my stock 295awhp pull. meaning 360chp stock and 403chp tuned. (18% losses) and exhaust can add 10hp to those numbers, and the apr dyno can add another 5% from the hub dyno numbers. 357awhp apr tuned dyno with exhaust, and 433 chp.

3 tenths of a second is all this tune will shave off a 1/4 mile...just wait for the numbers to come rolling in. (91 tune) 12.6 (100 tune)12.5 is my best guess for now. (rounded to closest 10th.)
