Just don't feel like running big spacers with the HRE's as those were made for my previous B8 A4. Most important, I am fancy for a new look

It took just over 2 months for my DPE. So 3 months delivery time not too far off especially since he's overseas and customs always a b!tch.

So update and few crappy iphone pics...

It had taken 3 months because ADV1 had made a wrong set of wheels for me, and they have remade and delivered the wheels for another 6 weeks lead time as promised. First impression of the wheels is they are very well made and feels more expensive than my HRE monoblok due to the optional finishes. It looks more concave in person than the pictures posted above. The lip is about 2.5". Wheel weight is light for this size of wheel, but is noticeably heavier than the HRE Monoblok when lifting each of them back to back. Only issue is that each of wheels has 2 valve stem holes, one at the middle of the rim and the other at the edge of the inner lip, and no valve stems were included with the wheels (the HRE's didn't came with valve stems as well). Lucky that the shop had some extra short valve stems (requires adapter to pump air) for the middle hole.

Again, the wheels are 20x9.5 ET18 all around and they are very flush to the front and rear fenders. The 265/30-20 Dunlop SP Sport MAXX GT looks little poked when mounted. The rears rubbed once when going over a big dip. i will try increase the stiffness of the front and rear shocks by one level and see if it helps. Any other suggestions on minimize the rub?

Will try to post proper images later this month when BBK are installed.

did you have a hard time mounting your wheels to your car? How was the fit in the hub centre? tight?

The new wheels look good, but I must admit I prefer your old HRE's. Did ADV decide on those wheel specs? I'm curious why they only went with low offset 9.5" when I thought the S5 could handle significantly wider wheels/tires.
As for rubbing, I'm sure the trouble spot is where the bumper and quarter panel meet. You can try shaving/grinding that area a bit to see if there's enough material to remove and avoid rubbing. Otherwise, I don't think there's any material that a fender roll would help. Maybe heating them with a heat gun and "pulling" them slightly with a fender roller would give a few mm of extra clearance and not make the fenders look funky. I'm sure if you went with a tire like Nitto INVO that has a more rounded sidewall there would be no rub.

The wheel fitment is perfect just like other hub centric wheels.

Actually I have decided the width and offset as I wanna run OEM sized tires all around so I estimated the lowest offset I can go with, but unfortunately, I think I have gone a bit too far. Thanks for your suggestions, I will do a 4 wheels alignment after the BBK's and will check which of these solutions can do. Hopefully, they only rub at the spot you were talking about.

Tested fitted with the Brembo 380 kit and the wheels wouldn't clear the calipers at all. Damn! Probably need to order a less concaved face for the front from ADV1 or the worse case 2 front wheels...
