    APR dp's vs FI dps

I would run both uncatted... ( this would compliment my magnaflow catback)

pro/cons of each would be appreciated:

Do you mean JHM piggie pipes, or the Fast Intentions Downpipes that JHM sells?

    FI(JHM/decatted) > APR (decatted) > PIggies > FI(w/cats) > APR (w/cats)

Would piggies really be better than 2.5" FI catted downpipes? Didn't know cats were THAT bad of restriction

Until someone posts the specs of the DPs, and you tell us what other mods the car has, we can't give you an answer.

For catless its hard to argue with the Milltek's I run. They are 2.5" stainless, quality was great, and they were $600 shipped.

I'm not sure but I think both options you posted are much more $$$. Since your going catless it really is just a piece of pipe bent to shape all will perform the same, outlast your car, and never break. So why not go with the cheapest of the 3?
JHM Headers, FI non-res Catback, JHM Intake Manifold with tapered spacers, JHM LWCP, JHM LWFW, JHM Stg 4 Clutch, BMC Filter, JHM Tuned
JHM Short Shifter Trio, Stern street density motor mounts, Apikol snub mount, 034 transmission mount, Apikol differential mount
Gunmetal Forgestar F14's wrapped in PS2s / Stock BBS wheels with Wintersport 3Ds, Black Optics RS4 Grill, Blackout Window Trim, Escort 9500xi hardwired

if you have the fi dp's currently, then gut the cats in them and your good to go. the apr dp's are hit or miss as some are 2.5 and some being 2.25.

If you're not planning to do any mods, go with piggies (precats removed). If you plan more get the 2.5" FI downpipes with cats. There will be negligible difference but the FI will cost lot more. I would probably go with the FI catted downpipes.

I would call Labree Motorsports...I have dealt with Brent quite a few times and I can't say enough about him and his work.

Huge restriction, even high flows I'm not a fan of. But the problem isn't really the cat on the aftermarket dp's, it's the placement of the cat, it's too close to the manifold. It should have Been moved downstream.
