Been Lurking for a while...wanted to introduce myself

Hey all, I've been looking at the forums here for a while. I live in Indianapolis and I bought a used 2008 Phantom Black S5 in May that came with some changes already. BBS Rims, AWE Exhaust, and a poorly painted front grille, that I have since replaced. The AWE exhaust has the downpipes and cat back and is quite aggressive sounding (i.e. loud). My fiance thinks that the car sounds like Chewbacca and now refers to it as such. I guess it could have a worse nickname. I have the stock rims, grille, and downpipes from the previous owner and I'm thinking about possibly putting the stock downpipes back on.

Has anyone made the switch to the AWE exhaust only to move back a bit?

Looking forward to participating in the forum and learning more about my car. The pic below has the old badly painted grill that I replaced with one from Europrice...

I'm new 2 this also...sorry can't help with your question but killer car dude!! I have 2010 A5 & I want that "Chewbaka" voice, the A5 2.0 Qtro has no voice.

Not possible. A 4 cylinder will/can never sound like a V8.
