    oem pads vs pagid pads vs hawk ceramic...

    are there sensors on the rear brakes? if i go with aftermarket will i get a brake light for not having sensors?

    You will get the alarm unless you just trick the sensor. OEM pads are Pagid, FYI. The rear brakes are not doing much, I wouldn't bother with crazy pads back there.

    so i should go with oem then and i will avoid brake light?

    spoke with the guys over at europaparts and they said rears do not have a sensor... and you can go with any pad, front has sensor.

    I painted my calipers this weekend; no sensors on my rear pads. Not aware of any changes between B6 and B7 in that regard.

    Conversely, since they're not doing much my personal preference is to stay away from oem and avoid the dust.

    thank you, i imagine there is no difference between b7 s4 and b7 rs4 in regards to rear pads...

    i think the RS$ caliper is different
