converting auto to manual?

Seriously its a headache. Talk to Vinny. Or better yet find his thread. He recently went though this. This A4 is not an easy swap.

Not to mention you have CVT and want a Manual with Quattro.

yeah what your looking to do to your car, quattro/manual from fwd/auto would cost almost as much as a new A4

your car isnt a bad car, but if its not what you want, sell it off and pickup something new

bluebook has your car at 7-9,000, you should definitely be able to pickup something nice around there, you're almost up to a b5s4 if you toss in a couple grand

There are tons of threads about this. If you're not willing or able to do the research yourself or have a good shop to take it to, this project isn't for you.

I heard DW Garage is running a special on tranny swaps. You should ship your to them and see what happens.
