i just got the car back from the shop and i was trying to locate the culprit of the howling sound in my rear end. it goes away when i swerve to the left so i thought possibly it was the right wheel bearing. io jacked the car up and tried to spin wheels independantly and hear , see any play either side there was none. i took the passenger side rear tire off and saw my coil spring was snapped and the inside of the tire is slightly worn. could the coil spring be making this noise. and also i wondered where to get a nice set of coil springs reasonable that will not lower the car . It is a 2001 audi s4. i currently have 18 inch tsw stettons with 235 45 18 bridgestones on it.

I'm sure the coil is the noise and stock springs are the only ones that will let you keep your 4x4 status
