    ECU Question - GIAC

    Anyone know how to program a GIAC ECU? I'd like to have my 1st gear hold longer. I have a 01 Tip.

    if you have VAG com you can do the 0032 recode. that will help the aggressivness of the trans. It will hold gears a little longer etc. If you really want some improvement, call VAST and get there tip software. It's around $350 i believe.

    I do have a Vag-Com. How exactly do I do it? Can I do it with VCDS-Lite? or does it have to be a full version?
