What are some "reasonable" mods for an 07 4.2 and what kind of imporvments can one expect?

    Intake/exhaust/tune? is 370hp reasonable? 380?

and when its all said and done how does it feel?

    Thanks

I'd do some piggie downpipes (gut the pre-cats), get a 2.5" X-pipe catback, maybe some lightweight wheels. Then contact VAST or JHM and see if they could do a tune, a tranny file, maybe make some intake manifold spacers. Possibly port the intake manifold and throttle body.

If you take a look at the B6/B7 S4's there are lots of little mods you can try to eek a bit more power out of the car. My old B6 S4 did 327.5whp/299.9wtq on 93 on a Mustang with maybe $4k in bolt on parts.
You represent the idiocy of today.
