Cel after 55k mile service?!

Just got my service done and getting a Cel only 80 miles later. Going to get it checked out today, hopefully they didn't mess something up. Can the eBay cable scan for codes? I have that but don't know if it can do it.

They reset the Cel and it's gone now and hopefully doesn't come back. Maybe a faulty throw from the service?

No help on the cable for you but check you MAF.....maybe it not in all the way after changing you air filter (provided that you did).
