I have owned my car for 6 years, actually i still love it but my finance can't let me keep it.
it's a 99.5 A4 1.8T quattro Manual
- 119000 miles
- GIAC chip
- APR Coilover (Koni brand)
- APR Exhaust
- Timing belt and water pump done at 80000 miles
- New Front end suspension (all control arms, tie rods, both axles)
- both rear wheel bearings was replaced about 4 years ago
- motor is still strong
- i think the clutch is good (no slip)
now the bad :
- huge crack in the windshields (didn't take the glass coverage)
- ABS module is gone, need rebuild
- Airbag light on
- 1 rear window needs a regulator
- might have leak in the A/C, it just blows hot air
- the paint is still very good for its age, but has a minor rust on the edge of the door near the door jam (next to the fender)
Kelly blue book says $3800 in fair condition.
In live in north MA.
So I was wondering if I should just try to fix those electrical problems and sell at a good condition rating or just sell it as is.
But i doubt i'll get $3800 with all that problems.
I estimated the repair cost at about $500-$600 (not at the dealership obviously.
What are your thoughts ?
Thanks in advance for your adivices.
