    Radio Issues

    I was driving the other night, went to an audi/vw meet. I turn to car off an the radio still has a illumination. I was going to pull the radio fuse today but not sure if that the reason.
    anybody have this issue. Also its a symphony I factory radio
    Drive low, park lower

    remove the radio and there is a fuse remove and wait 5 min and reinstall again, see if it will come back, if not then you can buy new radio ECS had sale for 50 usd

    thats what i will do/replace the radio because the current radio doesn't even work just illuminates, but it did work b4 yesterday

    Thread resurrection:
    Just had my radio do this, worked fine on a drive (no rain today) parked it for a couple hours at home, start it up and there’s no working radio. It’s on permanent illumination with no display and none of the controls/buttons work. I’ll try and remove...I’ll have to research the tools to do so.

    Here’s a photo tonight of my car off...symphony II lit-up. Stays lit with no display after locking etc.

    Any tips/tricks etc would be welcomed

    Had the same thing happen one a couple different cars...maybe even every one of them lol .

    If I remember right they either just went back to normal or I pulled the fuse for the radio for a minute. It's just one of those things..

    Lucky me, the fuse remove/reinstall reset worked like a charm.
