    headlights wobble when driving

When driving at night behind someone, i noticed that if I am not on perfectly flat road, my headlights wobble a bit when i driver over any non-perfect surface. The aim of the lights get thrown around a bit. The lights are aimed fine when parked. Is this normal or does something need to be adjusted so they have less play? TIA

on my friends a6 the projector housing came apart from the actual light housing and causes his lights to bounce up and down.. i think i got the names correct.. im not sure. but basicly the interior part that makes a square inside the light came out and just bounces inside the actual light.
